PR Club — Privacy Policy

Ayush Singh, an individual developer ("PR Club", "we", "us", or "our"), is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the PR Club app and related support services.

1. Information we handle

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve PR Club:

  • Account information. When you sign in, we receive an account identifier, your sign-in provider, and, where made available by that provider, your email address and display name.
  • Purchase information. If you subscribe, we receive information needed to confirm your entitlement, such as the product purchased and subscription status. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google and are not provided to us.
  • App diagnostics and usage information. We may collect crash reports, device and app-version information, performance information, and limited information about how app features are used. We use this information to maintain and improve the app.
  • Support communications. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Your workout entries, measurements, notes, programs, and other training content are stored on your device. We do not collect or store that content on our servers. If you choose to export it, share it, or back it up to a cloud account, the handling of the resulting file is subject to the destination and choices you select.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide and administer your account and membership;
  • confirm purchases and make paid features available;
  • provide support and respond to requests;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent security, fraud, and technical issues;
  • understand app reliability and feature use, and improve PR Club; and
  • meet our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, we rely on performance of our contract with you to provide the account and membership; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving PR Club; your consent where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time, but this will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share only the limited information necessary with service providers that help us operate PR Club, including authentication, app-store purchase, diagnostics, analytics, and subscription-management providers. These providers currently include Google (including Firebase), Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security; comply with law or legal process; or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

If you connect Google Drive for backup, our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Retention

Training content remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the app. Account information is retained while your account is active and then for as long as needed to complete deletion, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or enforce agreements. Diagnostics, usage, purchase, and support information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to our providers' retention settings and applicable law.

An export or cloud backup remains under your control until you delete it from the location where you saved it.

5. Your choices and rights

You can manage app permissions through your device settings and can delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. You may also contact us to ask about account deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. If you are in the EEA, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence, work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California law. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, and we do not discriminate against people for exercising their privacy rights.

6. International transfers

We are based in India. Our service providers may process limited personal information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as contractual protections recognized by applicable data-protection law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the limited personal information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, account credentials, and any files you export or back up.

8. Children

PR Club is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
