PR Club — Terms of Service

Effective: 8 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ayush Singh, an individual developer ("PR Club", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the PR Club app and related services. By creating an account or using PR Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use PR Club. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid membership. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the applicable store's terms and policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through your store account before the end of the current billing period. The price, billing period, and any trial terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not ordinarily refund the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by the applicable store under its policies. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If your membership ends, paid features may no longer be available. This does not by itself remove training content stored on your device.

3. Your content and backups

You retain ownership of the training content you create in PR Club. You are responsible for keeping a current backup of content that matters to you. We do not guarantee that content stored only on your device can be recovered if it is lost, deleted, damaged, or otherwise unavailable.

If you export, share, or back up your content, you are responsible for the destination you choose and for protecting the resulting file. This section does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

4. Health and safety notice

PR Club is a tracking and information tool, not a healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized training advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, or other concern. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you feel unwell or experience pain.

Exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to exercise, and for using the app in a safe manner.

5. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use PR Club for your own non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

You may not, except where applicable law permits: misuse the service; interfere with its operation or security; bypass or tamper with access or purchase controls; copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app; use automated means to access the service; or use PR Club in a way that infringes rights or violates law.

6. Intellectual property

PR Club and its software, design, branding, exercise library, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence above and your rights in your content, these Terms do not grant you any rights in PR Club.

Third-party components are made available under their applicable licences.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of PR Club. We will give notice of material changes where required by law. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using PR Club.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PR Club at any time and may delete your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we must do so to comply with law, or if we discontinue the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Club is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to PR Club. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to PR Club will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or INR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers retain mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their usual residence where applicable.

11. Apple-specific terms

If you obtain PR Club through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for PR Club. To the extent required by applicable law, Apple may refund the purchase price if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty; Apple has no further warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You must also comply with applicable third-party terms when using PR Club. You may not use the app where prohibited by applicable law, including applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding PR Club.
